Carriers will vary depending on the product - please see the Shipping & Delivery drop-down on each product page for more information.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive after your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for packages marked as DELIVERED. If a package is marked delivered and you did not receive it, it is the customers responsibility to file a lost or stolen parcel claim with the carrier.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We believe in creating beautiful products for your home that you will love for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at through our contact form below with your order number so that we can find a solution. Our customers are important to us, and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase.
We do not offer refunds. We offer an exchange for a product of same or greater value, if contact is made within 7 days of receiving the product and in accordance with the following requirements.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of exchange approval.
- Exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed and unused.
- Return postage for exchanges is at the buyer's expense.

Once we receive your return, we will begin processing the exchange and send notification and invoice for overage or shipping once it is complete.
